What we’re looking for

So what sort of person are we looking for? You could come from any number of different backgrounds but there are certain qualities that we look for in all of our people. You’ll certainly need to be a fast learner. You’ll also bring an enquiring mind, a passion for delivering results and the ability to communicate with all sorts of people, at all levels.

We currently have opportunities in Finance, Sales, Quality, HR, IT and R&D.

 

If you join us on the Finance programme you'll primarily be based at our Head Office in Hayes, Middlesex, and will have or be studying towards a finance, business or numerical based degree. 

If you join us on the Sales programme you'll primarily be based out of our Head Office in Hayes, Middlesex and it is likely that you'll be required to travel around the country.

If you join us on the Quality programme you'll primarily be based at Kitt Green, Wigan, but it is likely that you'll be required to travel around the country. The Quality programme also requires you have or are working towards a food science or related degree.

If you join us on the HR programme you'll primarily be based at our Head Office in Hayes, Middlesex, but it is likely that you'll be required to travel around the country.

If you join us on the IT programme you'll be based at Kitt Green, Wigan, but it is likely that you'll be required to travel around the country.

If you join us on the R&D programme you'll primarily be based at Kitt Green, Wigan, but it is likely that you'll be required to travel around the country and Europe. The R&D programme also requires you have or are working towards a food science or related degree.
