When is the start date?

Where will I be based?
Note: All candidates will be required to be mobile as travel between UK & Ireland sites, visits to customers or suppliers and travel to European sites is sometimes necessary.

What is the salary?
The starting salary for successful graduate candidates is £25,000, plus performance related bonus.
What will happen at the end of the graduate scheme?
If we have been impressed with your performance during the graduate scheme you will move into a specific role within the business. What this role will be and the exact time this will happen will depend upon lots of factors; your performance, your careers aspirations, the timing of opportunities, other internal candidates and more. We will be working with you to shape your career and respond to real business demands. Rather than progressing everyone into the same roles, at the same level, at the same time, we prefer to treat you as an individual.
Do you specify a degree discipline and class?
We require all candidates to be expecting or have achieved a minimum 2:2 honours degree. Please see below for a list of the specific degree discipline requirements for each role:
Engineering – engineering degree, ideally mechanical or electrical engineering
Finance – finance, business or numerical based degree
Sales – any degree
Information Technology – any degree

Are there any age restrictions?

Will you accept applications from someone who requires a work permit?
We are unable to accept applications from individuals who do not already have the permanent and unrestricted right to work in the UK or Ireland.
Do you pay relocation expenses?
There is support for relocation for both placement participants and graduates. The level of financial support will depend upon your circumstances but you can typically expect to receive a £500 relocation payment if required. Other support includes advice from existing employees on the local area, a relocation guide or paid time in a hotel.
Will you pay travel expenses to attend the assessment centre?
We will reimburse reasonable travel and any claim should be supported by receipts.
What is the recruitment process?
All completed applications will be sifted against the selection criteria and suitable candidates will progress to the next stage which will be a telephone interview. Successful candidates at this stage will be invited to an assessment centre. This will be followed by an interview with the Exec member for the functional area you have applied to.
Can I obtain feedback if I am unsuccessful in my application?
Feedback will be provided to candidates who are unsuccessful. The feedback will be provided via email and will relate to the score your application receives. All attendee’s at assessment centre will receive personal feedback.
What is the closing date for applications?
Closing date for applications is 1st December 2008. However as we will fill our vacancies on an ongoing basis, we would encourage you to submit your application to us as soon as possible.
